Pending Suggestions
Approving a suggestion makes it a live scoring correction - Call IQ reads every approved suggestion on each future call, starting immediately, before anyone marks it "implemented." Reject discards it with no effect on scoring.
Ready to Implement
Already active in Call IQ scoring since approval. "Implemented" is a manual tracking marker only (e.g. once it's folded into the Master IQ prompt) - it does not change scoring behavior.
