Call IQ v2 Instructions

Two paths, one rule: AI scores first and humans review second.

Choose your scoring path

API/import first or manual paste first.

Path 1: API or import

Connect the source.
Use Connect for Fathom now, or queue Zoom, Google Meet, Fireflies, Otter, Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Zapier, Make, webhook, or CSV for setup review.
Import the calls.
Call IQ pulls the useful call data and keeps it tied to your account.
AI scores first.
The system produces score, pain, desire, objections, quotes, next steps, and coaching notes.
Human review second.
You self-score, correct context, and coach IQ only after the AI result exists.

Path 2: Manual upload or paste

Open Score a Call.
Add the recording link, transcript, call type, person type, and deal context.
Submit source data.
Use a transcript whenever possible. File upload remains pending backend storage approval.
Let AI score.
Review the AI score and intelligence before entering or editing your self-score.
Use dashboard and intelligence.
Search, filter, open results, and download available transcripts where the data exists.

  • Record the call and keep the transcript handy.
  • Open Score a Call and paste the recording link, transcript, call type, and person type.
  • Let AI score first. Add or edit your self-score after if needed.
  • Review the result, coach IQ if it missed something, then use the insight on the next call.
Overview
What to fill in first

Start with the basics: call type, person name, person type, recording link, and transcript. If you have the transcript, Call IQ can score the call and pull the useful intelligence from it.

Call Type Choose the kind of conversation you had.
Person Type Choose who they are to you: prospect, client, partner, attendee, peer, or leader.
Transcript Paste the full call transcript whenever possible. This gives IQ the best data.
Reference
Score your performance (0 to 100)

This score is about how well the call was run. Use it as a coaching tool, not a judgment.

Reference
Score the ideal client (0 to 50)

This score helps you decide if the person is a strong fit to keep pursuing.

Cool Do you like them and want to work with them?
Coachable Are they open to guidance?
Committed Are they serious about the result?
Convinced Do they believe you can help?
Craving it Do they want the outcome now?

Quick read: 40 to 50 is high fit. 21 to 39 needs more discovery. 0 to 20 is usually low fit.

Next
Use the result

After the call is scored, review the AI result, compare it to your own notes, and coach IQ if something is wrong. The goal is simple: every call should make the next call better.

My Calls Review call history and past results.
Intelligence Find patterns, objections, buying signals, and exact prospect language.
API Setup Connect recording tools when you are ready to automate call capture.
